Jason BussWith 22 years of human resources and talent acquisition leadership experience as a practitioner, Jason Buss is a recognized expert with deep experience in identifying, recruiting and hiring high-performing teams. He is the head of global talent acquisition and diversity for New Relic.

Teri WheelerWith 20 years of human resources and talent acquisition leadership experience, Teri Wheeler has experience in identifying, recruiting and developing high-performing teams.

Teri has successfully led recruiting functions for over 10 years in the Minneapolis market and is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Taylor Corporation, a premier provider of powerful and intuitive products, services and expertise—which include the interactive, printing and marketing solutions that help build some of the world’s most popular brands.

Previously, she was at TRW, Eaton, Goodrich, UTC Aerospace Systems and World Fuel Services.


Brad IngberBrad Ingber is currently a Sr. Manager with Slalom Consulting here in Minneapolis. He’s spent the past three years helping build the Slalom office in the Twin Cities, which today is comprised of about 90 business & technology consultants.

Prior to Slalom, Brad worked for Target Corporation for five years, initially in Merchandising, but found his passion in Talent Acquisition.

Outside of work Brad loves to spend time with his wife Rachel, and their new baby Gabriel. He loves to play golf as well, and if not found on the golf course he can be found in the air. Brad is a Private Pilot and flies single engine airplanes at Flying Cloud airport. Brad is a graduate of the University of Kansas, and is a proud Jayhawk.


Stacy Van MeterStacy Van Meter is an innovative, experienced emerging media leader. A passionate entrepreneur, she has spent most of her career working in newly created or undefined roles..

In her current role as Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Employment Brand for Deluxe Corporation, she is leading the development and execution of their recruitment marketing and professional hiring strategy.

As the Director of New Media Services for United HealthCare in the 90’s, she created and launched one of the first nation-wide healthcare eCommerce websites. After consulting on how to develop, market and sell Internet products, she moved on to the challenge of building best in class recruiting operations for 3M and several small technology start-ups.
