Capturing The Digital Candidate
Building an integrated recruitment strategy is a much different task today than it was three years ago: It requires an understanding of both today’s complex candidates and the numerous resources he or she utilizes to search for opportunities and evaluate prospective employers. Leveraging recent intelligence on candidate behavioral trends, this session leader will discuss how the candidate search process has changed and how your company can position itself to attract and engage these new digital-savvy candidates.
Speed Networking
Based on your feedback and the value members receive from networking at our conferences, we’re designing a speed networking opportunity where attendees will have the opportunity to meet, interact and discuss real talent acquisition opportunities and challenges. Not only will you leave with some great new contacts – Minnesota Recruiters will be giving away some big prizes during the speed networking session.
A 360 Degree View on Campus Recruiting
A successful campus program is reliant on both sides – corporate and academic institutions. In today’s competitive talent acquisition market, it is more important than ever to build a pipeline of future employees through a robust campus program strategy. This interactive panel discussion will explore the challenges each of them face and explore solutions and best practices. Panel members to include views and opinions from recruiters, hiring managers, career center representatives and students.
The location for the Spring Conference is in the Great Room at the Mall of America. Continental breakfast, beverages, and snacks will be served from CRAVE and are included in your registration.
